Mansour Volunteers is a term that stands for a group of employees working under the canopy of Mansour Group working individually, or collectively, yet in a planned orderly manner and in collaboration with several societal institutions in the field of social work.

After ongoing discussions over a full-day, the Second Annual Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility concluded its sessions on 23 March 2009, stressing on the necessity for a clear procedure to support and encourage business corporations to develop projects that aim at the welfare of our citizens, as part of their social responsibility.

After claiming certification to ISO 9001, in addition to the HACCP and the ISO 22000 certifications, in 15 January 2008, Hayat Company for Industrialization and Development announced that it has obtained certification to ISO 18001 which is granted for exceptional occupational health and safety standards. This new ISO certification comes as a proof that the company's management system is in accord with the international standards of safety and occupational health, as a way to manage and eliminate the safety and health risks experienced by workers during the manufacturing procedures.
