At the heart of this mission is Baheya Hospital, a fully integrated medical facility specializing in breast cancer prevention, early detection, and advanced treatment. The hospital provides cutting-edge medical care alongside psychological support, ensuring holistic treatment for women at every stage of their journey. Designed to serve over 500,000 women annually, the facility includes operating rooms, patient residence rooms, and an emergency department, solidifying its position as a center of excellence in breast cancer care across Egypt and the Middle East.

Since 2022, Mansour has been a proud financial supporter of Baheya Hospital, with commitments extending through 2025. This partnership has enabled the establishment of key facilities, including a large waiting room, medical examination clinic, intensive care unit, and therapeutic catheter recovery room, further enhancing the hospital’s capacity to deliver exceptional care.

Building on the achievements of 2023, we expanded the program in 2024 to an additional 300 students in Sohag, bringing the total reach in the governorate to 600 students. In 2025, our partnership extended to El-Minya Governorate, where we supported 420 students in public primary schools, further amplifying the program’s impact. To date, the initiative has reached 1,504 students and trained over 60 teachers, reinforcing sustainable progress in education.

The program spans 4 to 6 months, comprising 100 sessions—50 dedicated to literacy skills and 50 to numeracy skills. In 2023, we extended this support to 300 students in Sohag Governorate.

In addition to student-focused interventions, we conducted a specialized training course for Arabic language teachers on the “Guideline for the Development of Reading, Writing, and Math Skills.” This training equipped educators with the necessary tools to implement the program successfully while also enhancing their long-term teaching methodologies.

The initiative started in Ramadan 2022 as a trial, and the response from employees has been overwhelmingly positive. The company has successfully collected more than ten large bags of clothing donations from employees in its Cairo headquarters alone.

This initiative is part of the Mansour Company’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility and sustainability. By partnering with the Egyptian Clothing Bank, the company is promoting the reuse and recycling of clothes and helping those in need. It is also raising awareness among employees of the importance of responsible waste management and the positive impact that their small actions can have on the environment.

The Egyptian Clothing Bank is a non-profit organization that collects, sorts, and distributes clothing to those in need across the country. They work to promote social solidarity and environmental sustainability by encouraging people to donate their unwanted clothes instead of throwing them away.

The project aims to enhance the hospital’s efficiency to serve more patients. The turnkey IT system includes advanced software and devices that will enable the hospital to manage patient data, streamline operations, and improve communication among healthcare providers. The IT system will also allow for more efficient use of hospital resources, reducing waiting times and improving the overall patient experience.

The collaboration between Al Mansour Holding and the IT Company has been instrumental in providing the Cairo University Student Hospital with the necessary technology to enhance its efficiency. The turnkey IT system will enable the hospital to provide quality care to its patients, and ultimately help to improve the overall healthcare system in Egypt.

The project will enable the hospital to streamline its operations, manage patient data, and ultimately serve more patients in need. The partnership is an example of the positive impact that can be achieved through collaboration and investment in healthcare infrastructure.

Mansour Holdings is keen to instil the principle of volunteering among all the group’s employees, and therefore it participates in many events that involves the participation of its employees in social efforts and charitable initiatives.

The group works to diversify these initiatives to provide its employees with different opportunities and enable them to participate in accordance with their personal preferences and according to the specific skills they possess.

before the holy Month of Ramadan, the group strengthened its cooperation and worked alongside the Egyptian Food Bank to organize a volunteer initiative in which Mansour employees would spend the day at the Food Bank’s headquarters and help with the packaging of Ramadan bags and cartons that the Food Bank would then distribute amongst low income families during the holy month of Ramadan.

Last Ramadan, initiated by the Corporate Affairs and Human Resources department, witnessed the opening of volunteerism to all Al Mansour’s employees to participate in the Egyptian Food Bank’s efforts and activities.

On the 11^th of last June, the 27^th of Ramadan, the volunteers departed from the group’s headquarters on one of the company’s buses headed towards the Egyptian Food Bank headquarters in Nasr City to assist in the processes of food packing and packaging, which the Bank then distributes amongst those in need and are less privileged.

A large number of Al Mansour’s employees volunteered in the event which lasted for several hours until 2 p.m.

By the end of 2017, our overall energy consumption was reduced by approximately 30%, and it is expected that our electricity bills will also be reduced by a larger percentage in the following years with the increase in energy prices.

Total consumption was reduced from 91 million kilowatts in 2014 before the project started and in 2017 our overall consumption was reduced to 68 million kilowatts providing an overall reduction that equates to supplying energy annually for almost 15,000 homes.
