Established in 2000, the Mansour Manufacturing Free Zone Factory occupies a 12,000-square-meter facility in Alexandria’s Amreya Free Zone. This state-of-the-art factory manufactures high-quality cigarettes and tobacco products to meet both domestic and international demand, producing both third-party brands like “Manchester” and “Captain Black” as well as our own international brands including “Time,” “Time Super Slims,” “Time Select,” and “Target.”

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the factory features four complete production lines with a daily production capacity exceeding 50 million cigarettes. Its advanced infrastructure includes three tobacco purification and mixing units, two filter production lines, a dedicated unit for defective product treatment and re-entry into production lines, and a specialized dust treatment system. The facility’s quality-control laboratories rigorously test all products to ensure they meet stringent international standards, maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Environmental responsibility is a key priority in our operations. The factory utilizes central air conditioning systems to precisely control temperature and humidity levels, while advanced air filtration and distillation units effectively treat and minimize dust generated during manufacturing. This sustainable approach helps reduce waste and maintain optimal working conditions.

Through continuous growth and innovation, we have successfully expanded our global footprint. Our products currently reach numerous international markets including Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Jordan, Cyprus, Nigeria, Russia, Gaza, and Iraq, as well as duty-free shops worldwide.
