SUPPLY CHAIN

Mansour Holding’s Supply Chain Department integrates and co-ordinates Group planning, procurement, warehousing and primary distribution activities. It is responsible for translating sales forecasts into production orders, formulating material requirement and procurement plans and executing the purchasing function. Supply Chain is the first leg in order fulfillment to customers. It creates distribution requirement plans and controls replenishment deliveries through its own and sub-contracted fleets to ensure appropriate inventory availability at all Mansour Holdings distribution centers.

Supply Chain also controls an outsourced customer call centre, fleet purchasing and maintenance, fleet and warehouse information systems as well as Supply Chain Performance KPI’s.
